The Flores Studio is a floral arrangement company. They specialised in handcraft bouquets, decor and bespoke floral gifts for every occasion using only specially selected blooms. They share their love for blooms through a series of custom floral workshops that they conduct each month, and they also help corporate teams plan floral arrangement classes as a teambonding activity. They came to us to look for a way to expand their customer base as well as to reach out to more potential customers via social media. - The Flores Studio operates in a competitive and seasonal market. They benefit greatly from the economics of scale as it’s much more cost-effective to host more people for the workshop. Therefore, we have to focus on campaigns that aggressively capture as much market share as possible especially during peak season.

For us to be cost-effective in our messaging campaign, we have to ensure that we were only featuring products that were most likely to appeal to our core audience. This would also train Facebook algorithms to better understand our core audience, With the help of the algorithm, we are more confident to make decisions regarding our best customers that would profitable.
The Use of Messaging Campaign
The messaging campaign has proved time and time again that it is effective in engaging with potential customers. We used data from the Instagram and Facebook page to create a new lookalike audience that has very similar behaviour to our ideal customers in order to expand our reach to potential customers. Segmentation of the audience was also done to cater specific offer and creative to the right core audience.
