- The Fitness niche has always been competitive in Singapore. Hence, we had to focus on crafting the right offer that target their specific audience in order to yield any form of results.
- Customer initial flow. Common in a lot of businesses that required lead generation, working out a customer journey can be challenging. Hence, initial research on the business model has to be done to fully understand to produce the best strategy for their ideal clients.
- In the current saturated market, producing ad creatives to attract potential business can be challenging. In order to stay out in a noisy crowd, we have to do research on various competitors to come out with unique ads.

Crafting the offer
Not all businesses have a metric that can be tracked via direct sales. Businesses such as financial services, health industry, etc, focus on the lifetime value of a customer. This means that our main focus will be to craft a “Too good to say no” offer to get potential customers into the top of the funnel (TOFU). Getting a potential customer into TOFU can help the business to generate potential recurring revenue from a loyal and lifetime paying customer.
Creative Adjustment
Battle testing our creative to is the key to generating quality leads in this case study. In a rather competitive niche, we have to come up with attractive ads that catch the attention of potential customers that are on Facebook. Through understanding which ads are generating good results for the specific audience, we are able to cut our losses and focus all our efforts on running ads that are the most effective. Hence, decrease the cost per lead drastically.
